BIO: BFOTB (best friend of the bride) CONNECTION: Kamry & Taylor met in first grade (22 years ago!!) and have been inseparable ever since; these two could share a single glance across the infield of the softball diamond and know exactly what the other was thinking. While Taylor practically lived at the Long household from 2007-2010, they have now lived in different states for each of the last 9 years, but their best friend connection is still as strong as ever (prime example: without any input from the other, they gave each other the same exact Harry Potter puzzle as a Christmas present 2 years ago - what are the odds??) BIO: Sister and favorite third wheel CONNECTION: Haley & Taylor definitely had their differences growing up, as all siblings do; but by the time Haley started at St. Thomas and both were living in the cities, they had grown to be best friends. These days, you'll likely find them quoting Despicable Me, sending funny videos back and forth, hitting up a patio happy hour, belting out The Greatest Showman, being mistaken for twins, or consuming unhealthy amounts of pasta in one sitting. Haley has been there right from the start of Taylor & Andrew's relationship & has been their biggest supporter and (as mentioned in her bio) their favorite third wheel! BIO: The other Gustie golfer wife CONNECTION: Lizzy & Taylor ran in overlapping circles of friends right from the start of college, but it was the spring break trip to Panama City Beach junior year that really accelerated their friendship (being the only girls in a car full of guys for 20+ hours is definitely something you bond over). After college, Taylor & Lizzy continued to become closer, as their small friend group hung out all the time, and now they are two (asian) peas in a pod! MOST EXCITED FOR: that super fun lull when cocktail hour has died down but they're not seating for dinner yet

BIO: The work bestie CONNECTION: After interning together at United Health Group in 2012, Kara & Taylor exchanged emails & went their separate ways; unknowingly, they both started on the same team at RSM after college two years later! After finding out they both loved Bruegger's bagels, puppies and any type of game/competition, they became fast friends who ended up weathering the storm of 5 public accounting busy seasons together. MOST EXCITED FOR: the bouquet toss (she wants to win no matter what)

BIO: Another small town girl living in the "big city" CONNECTION: Megan & Taylor were little cuties running around the same kindergarten classroom all the way back in 1997. They remained side by side as they navigated the awkward middle school years and dramatic high school years; and even though they went to rival colleges, they proved that a Tommie and a Gustie CAN still be friends! MOST EXCITED FOR: the warm pre-dinner roll & those little butter balls

BIO: The fellow Cobra AND Gustie CONNECTION: Kaitlyn & Taylor grew up doing all of the same activities together - piano lessons, girl scouts, Link Crew, SADD, band, volleyball, softball - so how could they not be friends! They then both decided to attend Gustavus after high school and even though their majors kept them on different parts of the campus, their friendship continued during college and still remains steady to this day! MOST EXCITED FOR: the presents for being in the wedding party

BIO: Taylor's California partner in crime CONNECTION: Kristi & Taylor both worked at RSM while Taylor & Andrew were living in California. After Kristi was randomly assigned to work on one of Taylor's engagements, the two clicked SO well, that Taylor made sure Kristi worked with her on every engagement possible after that. They were essentially attached at the hip, spending day after day together in the audit room, in the office and on planes/in rental cars - everyone in the office knew that they were basically one and the same. And even after moving back to MN, Kristi & Taylor have remained super close! MOST EXCITED FOR: all the times she has to hold up Taylor's dress while she pees

BIO: Taylor’s honorary niece CONNECTION: Everly is just the miniature version of Taylor's best friend and Matron of Honor, Kamry. Filled with spunk and her mama's sass, this little girl filled every corner of Taylor's heart from the minute she was born. While she loves "Tee Tee," she's still not too sure about that Andrew guy.. so hopefully she can be convinced before September! MOST EXCITED FOR: unlimited cupcakes because mom and dad won't say no at a wedding

BIO: The old soul CONNECTION: Also hailing from Hermantown, Andrew & Krash met on a school bus on the way to a high school golf tournament in 2007. They soon became close friends and spent every available moment playing golf together! This wasn't difficult to do, since they were teammates for 6 years (4 at Hermantown and 2 at Gustavus). Krash is a man of many talents - whether you need a handmade wood mosaic, a putt read on the 18th hole of a big match, or someone to help out with anything in the world, he'll always come through! MOST EXCITED FOR: hours and hours and hours of wedding pictures

BIO: The master of mischief CONNECTION: Colin & Andrew met freshman year at Gustavus when Colin and Matt Jensen (Andrew’s golf teammate) were randomly paired as roommates. They lived across the hall/in the same house for all 4 years at Gustavus & made countless memories (some of which can only be shared over a couple of beers). While they haven't lived in the same state since graduation, Colin and Andrew have remained close, despite the distance for the last 6 years. MOST EXCITED FOR: all the flowers & details that come together to make the day beautiful

BIO: The dad (literally, not figuratively) CONNECTION: Tyler & Andrew had a rocky start to their friendship, as any good athletes from rival high schools can relate to. But when they were both recruited to play golf at Gustavus, they quickly forgot their beef from the hockey rink & became not only teammates, but roommates as well. Hours & hours spent living, playing golf and studying econ together not only made them good friends, but more importantly, gave them plenty of time to perfect their accents & impressions. FUN FACT: Tyler was the mutual friend Taylor & Andrew would study with when Andrew was trying to get Taylor to notice him :) MOST EXCITED FOR: all the silly photo booth pics

BIO: The study buddy/lax star CONNECTION: Sam transferred to Gustavus mid-freshmen year & was assigned to be roommates with Tyler McMorrow (another one of Andrew’s golf teammates). Andrew & Sam quickly became good friends & spent way too many hours studying for their econ & finance classes together. They really bonded over their mutual hatred for Larry Wohl's econ exams, and have remained close ever since! MOST EXCITED FOR: finding out from the thank you note what "he" and his wife gave as a gift

BIO: The *slighty* Scandanavian one CONNECTION: Jon & Andrew met at Gustavus freshman year when Jon made the best decision of his life: to try out for the golf team instead of the soccer team. During one of their tournaments that fall, the team was waiting to be seated at an Applebees & as the two were chatting, they made a crazy discovery - their dads were actually neighbors growing up in Cloquet! Well they were bound to be good friends after that & they still play a lot of golf together to this day. MOST EXCITED FOR: Taylor & Andrew's first look

BIO: The cake eater CONNECTION: Matt & Andrew met because of (take a wild guess) Gustavus Golf! During the long golf trips, they watched a lot of Transformers and listened to every Dave Matthews Band song that Matt owns (which is all of them, both recorded live & in studio). These common interests created a solid friendship both on and off the golf course. And even though he's "from a small town on the West side (Edina)," Andrew chose to overlook this small detail, because he's that great of a friend! MOST EXCITED FOR: returning to Interlachen and reliving his honor caddy days

BIO: King of Twitter (@bradtski) CONNECTION: Dan & Taylor hit it off right from the start of college, as they bonded over their SE MN roots (he's a Chatfield gopher), while Andrew & Dan shared mutual friends all through college and have grown much closer since graduating. But most importantly, Dan & Taylor both worked for the Sports Information department at Gustavus & are widely regarded as the most prestigious statistician duo to ever grace the Golden Gustie press boxes. BIO: The enthusiastic one CONNECTION: Dave & Andrew got to know each other sophomore year at Gustavus, because Dave's roommate was Colin Roberge (a groomsman, who Andrew was already close with at the time). Andrew & Dave hit it off and made lots of great memories that year and throughout the rest of their time at Gustavus. They are also both *slightly* competitive and secretly love pushing each other to get better! MOST EXCITED FOR: finding his name on the seating chart

BIO: The cutest little munchkin CONNECTION: Malcolm is Andrew's first cousin once removed (in other words, his cousin's kid) and steals the show with his adorable grin and giggle any time he's around. He and Taylor really bonded after she babysat him at 1.5 months old and he proceeded to have a blowout through his diaper, onesie AND pajamas all at once while she was holding him!! MOST EXCITED FOR: all the attention from the ladiesssss

BIO: World’s Best Boss CONNECTION: By luck of the draw, Taylor was assigned to work in the Sports Info dept. at Gustavus for her on-campus job; Ethan was the Asst. Director when she started, but became her boss two years later when he took over as Director. Right from the start, they had constant banter & never took things too seriously, which made for some fun hours in the office. Ethan is the best boss Taylor has & will ever have & has now taken on the role of mentor, sounding board, & advice guru. He saw the very beginning of Taylor & Andrew’s relationship & might be their biggest cheerleader - he has literally been looking forward to this wedding since 2017 (yes, before they were even close to being engaged). MOST EXCITED FOR: having the best hair out of anyone at the wedding
