DIA is the closest airport. We recommend renting a car to get to Keystone/Arapahoe Basin. If you share your flight info with us, we'll connect you with others with similar flights if you're interested in carpooling.
Shuttle
Wedding Day Shuttle

We will have 2 shuttles going between Keystone’s River Run Gondola Parking Lot (the main lot at the base) and A-Basin, arriving every 20 minutes. Booking your lodging within walking distance is recommended, but you can also drive to the parking lot and take the shuttle. We do not recommend driving to A-Basin for the wedding day, drinking at high elevation and driving on windy mountain roads at night is not a recipe for success!

Chair Lift to Wedding Venue
Our wedding venue is at Black Mountain Lodge, which is the mid-mountain lodge at A-Basin. We will all ride the chair lift up to the lodge from the base of A-Basin. It is very safe and comfortable! If you choose to wear slip on footwear, you’ll want to keep your tips up! (Just like skiing, so you don’t lose a shoe) If you are unable to take the chairlift, please let us know so we can make accommodations.

River Run at Keystone
We have set up a discount with Summit Cove rental properties in Keystone. We recommend staying in River Run as it is the closest to Arapahoe Basin (and it's where the shuttle will pick guests up from). You can either call Carrie (phone number above) or use the link (click the button below). If you're booking online, filter to River Run, choose your property, and use the code "W.CarleyIan" in the "promo code" field on step 3. Then click "redeem" to secure your 10% discount (reflected in the grand totals, which includes all taxes and fees). Please note there are minimum stays: For studios, it's a 2-night stay, and larger properties will require a 3-4 night minimum stay due to the holiday.

Unfortunately, the Hyatt doesn't offer a discount code but, it's very close to River Run Village (where the shuttles will pick up from) and Arapahoe Basin.
