A Basin Beach BBQ

Casual, classic 4th of July BBQ attire

The BBQ will be in the Early Riser parking lot in the area known as the Beach, which is closest to the ski area base. We will have catered BBQ food and beverages. There are multiple picnic tables, but if you have camping chairs, tables or pop up tents, please bring them. This is a casual event open to everyone invited to the wedding.

Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Mountain Chic Attire: Think sundresses, floral prints, summer suits and bolo ties.

Please arrive at A Basin by 4:30 p.m. to take the chairlift up. The ceremony will start at 5 p.m. sharp! We will have shuttles running from River Run and the Hyatt Place in Keystone. Hyatt Place: 2 p.m. 2:40 p.m. 3:20 p.m. 4 p.m. 4:40 p.m. River Run (Pickup location is in the South East corner of the River Run Gondola parking lot -- see your email for a photo of the map): 3:25 p.m. 4:15 p.m. Summer in the mountains can be unpredictable -- so pack your bag! Bring your layers, dancing shoes, your ID (if you’re under 40) and an umbrella. You'll take the chairlift from the base to Black Mountain Lodge (and back). It will get cold once the sun goes down! If you're unable to take the chair, let us know, and we'll make alternative arrangements. Parking is available on-site. Nervous about riding the lift? Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
