Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, cocktail attire. Examples would be slacks, nice shirts or blouses, blazers, dresses or skirts knee length or longer, ties optional. Our colors are navy, deep purple, blush pink, gold, and silver. We welcome you to dress in these colors if you'd like, but you are not obligated to do so. Have fun with it!

Is there a theme for the wedding?
Answer
Yes, our theme is celestial glam. We find beauty in the stars and sky, feeling comfort in looking at the same moon our beloved family members looked at, and remembering that we're all made of stardust. Eric even has a tattoo of a star-shaped hole in his arm opening up to a view of the stars, planets, and the universe. Beyond the symbolic, this theme also opens us up to lots of sparkly and glittery design elements, which Alyssa adores. Fun fact, when we started dating Eric would often find glitter in his car after driving Alyssa home.

Will the ceremony and/or reception be outside?
Answer
Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, and the reception will be inside. Plan to bring a light layer, since the weather can sometimes be a little chilly in February.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Answer
Yes, but you will have to pick it up between 4 AM and 8 AM the next day. If you think you won't be able to drive home, we encourage you to carpool or use rideshare to and from the venue.

Are you changing your last names?
Answer
We've decided not to legally change our last names. Alyssa felt she didn't want to change an important link she has to her father, William Still, who has passed. We may sometimes socially go by Alyssa and Eric Still-Zagar. Still going first because Eric thinks it's funny that he's still Zagar! Though Alyssa liked Zagar-Still because it sounds kind of like a beer. But Eric won... this time!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
February in the Phoenix area is lovely! The weather is mild and sunny, with daytime highs around 67–70°F and cooler nights near 48–50°F. It is mostly dry, with only a few days of light rain. Expect plenty of sunshine and low humidity.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
All invited guests are named on the invitation. Due to limited space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate children included in the wedding party, due to limited space. We look forward to seeing your children at other family gatherings soon!
