Welcome Picnic

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Come drop by if you made it in to town the day before to celebrate with us at a welcome picnic in the park! We’ll have tasty bites, drinks to enjoy, pickleball, volleyball, and a lineup of lawn games. It’s the perfect way to relax, meet other guests, and start the wedding festivities together!

Stevens Barnes Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome. Please avoid wearing jeans.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to get settled before we start. After we say “I do,” the celebration continues with photos, cocktail hour, dinner, dessert, and plenty of dancing! A couple notes: The ceremony, dinner, and dancing are all outdoors, so please be mindful of temperature dropping in the evening (suggest a light jacket). Flagstaff is at 7,000 feet so please stay hydrated. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
