Things To Do

We are excited and thankful to have you take part in this celebration! We hope you will be able to stay in the area for at least a few days. We truly believe that fall in the Hudson Valley is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Fall brings tons of events and fall festivals that are sure to be a ton of fun. Below we've listed some events and activities that are taking place during our wedding weekend.
Barton Orchards

Barton Orchards

63 Apple Tree Lane, Poughquag, NY 12570

Barton Orchards has become a renowned spot for apple picking, farm animals, cider and snacks, and 101 other activities. It is also home to one of the largest corn mazes in the United States! Our wedding weekend will actually be their final weekend of the season! We would highly recommend checking it out on Friday or Saturday if you want a fun New York/New England harvest festival vibe. Friday will be free entry and probably much less croweded. Saturday is both the last day of the season and they are hosting a Beer, Whiskey & Wine Event. An entry ticket on Saturday we'd estimate at about $15. Parking is always free. Hours both days are 11am-6pm.

Beacon Music + Art Festival

Beacon Music + Art Festival

472 Main St, Beacon, NY 12508

Saturday November 4th is the second Beacon Bonfire Music + Art Festival. The festival is an immersive Main Street music + arts exploration that sparks conversation, curiosity and collaboration. It features 150 Performers and 20+ Venues & Galleries in the "coolest small city in the USA." A ticket is $39 for the full day and night of events. They will shut down a few of the streets so it may be easier to carpool or take an Uber here.

Downtown Rhinebeck

42 E. Market St, Rhinebeck, NY 12572

If you're up for a day trip, Rhinebeck is about a 30 minute drive north and is a fantastic place to have brunch or spend an afternoon walking past antique stores, exotic restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique store. Rhinebeck is features one of the oldest Inns & Taverns in the United States, "The Beekman Arms" where George Washington, Philip Schuyler, Benedict Arnold, and Alexander Hamilton all slept, ate, drank, and planned, throughout the Revolutionary War. It's always fun to stop into Samuel's Sweet Shop, owned by actors Paul Rudd and Jeffrey Dean-Morgan.

For all the days along the way
