Playa Carrizalillo
One of the best beach coves in the world. This location isn't usually crowded and only a short drive from Puerto Escondido. Rent a lounge chair and enjoy some food and drinks while you relax.
Dolphin Watching Tour
Book a boat tour to watch and swim with the dolphins! If you're lucky, you might get to catch a glimpse of a mega-pod. You will need to get up early for this one, but the water is warm and it's a bucket-list experience.
Surf Lessons
Learn to hang ten on the best waves in Mexico. Even if you're a beginner, they will teach you how to handle your own. Extremely fun and highly recommended.
Snorkeling
Puerto Escondido offers excellent snorkeling opportunities with clear waters and diverse marine life. Popular spots include Carrizalillo Beach, Manzanillo Beach, Puerto Angelito Beach, and Coral Beach.
La Punta Zicatela
La Punta is located at the southernmost part of Playa Zicatela in Puerto Escondido. It's a relaxed vibe with mostly dirt roads and lots of small restaurants and stores to explore.

The Boneyard
The Boneyard is the first place with a skate bowl in Puerto Escondido. Fun atmosphere to drink, eat, and watch skaters pull off tricks.
