As of March 2022: For the health and safety of our loved ones, we request that all guests who have not been vaccinated for COVID-19 present a negative antigen or PCR test taken within 48 hours of April 22, 2022. Proof of a negative test can be emailed to sehlao.913@gmail.com or brought to the event. Because of this, masks will not be required at our event, however we encourage guests who have concerns to please feel free to wear a mask. Note that both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Please contact Stephanie or Luis with any questions or concerns.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Our wedding is by RSVP only, and we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you are unsure, please reach out, and we will be happy to clarify.
Ivy Hall is located in the arts district of Southtown in San Antonio at 1127 South Saint Mary's St., San Antonio, Texas 78210. It is in the same lot as The Good Kind restaurant. To enter the grounds of Ivy Hall, use the entrance to your right.
There is very limited parking on site (seriously-- there is only about eight spots available). We recommend getting an Uber or Lyft & enjoy yourself to the fullest! If you need to bring your vehicle, there is ample street parking around the venue and throughout the King William neighborhood.
Please RSVP no later than March 15th to ensure you have a seat and a meal. The easiest way to RSVP is online through our wedding website! To begin, click on the “RSVP Here” tab at the top of the window.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
We ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.
The dress code is dressy casual/cocktail attire. Feel free to wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dress shirts, and slacks. Jackets are optional. Ivy Hall is a mostly outdoor garden venue, so keep that in mind when choosing your footwear. Flats, dressy sandals, wedges, or block heels may be friendlier to your feet.
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms at the brand new Canopy by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk! We love the Canopy due to its close proximity to Ivy Hall, its modern and artistic design, and fantastic on-site restaurant and bar. To make a reservation or to view additional details, please click on the Hotel section of our wedding website.
For friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry which is linked on our wedding website.

If you're from Texas, you know that our seasons are summer and summer-lite. April weather can reach the mid-80s during the day with some humidity, but it should cool down considerably once the sun goes down. A light jacket might be needed after dark.
Fiesta dates in 2022 will be from March 31 until April 10, so our wedding will not be held during Fiesta celebrations.
