Shuttle from Richmind Hotel to the Ceremony

May 15, 2021 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm

The shuttle will be picking guests up from Hampton Inn and bringing them to the ceremony as well as dropping them back off at the end of the reception. Guests who are not staying at the hotel are encouraged to use the shuttle. The shuttle will arrive to the Hotel at 2:15pm and will be leaving the Hotel to go to the Venue at 2:45pm. The shuttle will be leaving the Venue at the end of the night at 10:30pm to bring guests back to the Hotel. From there, if you're not staying at the hotel, we recommend arranging transportation set up to your final destination, as Ubers and Lyfts have been limited the past few weekends.

Rooms are $139, Parking is $15 per day. Call-in only until Monday when I get the link. Method of Reservations:Individual Call In/ Web Link provided by hotel Cut Off Deadline:Reservations will need to be made on or before 04/14/2021 Requests:Every attempt will be made to accommodate special requests for room types, however, due to the arrival and departure patterns not all requests may be able to be fulfilled. Cancellation Policy:Please refer to Hampton Inn & Suites Guest Room Cancellation Policy. Should it be necessary to cancel an individual reservation, please do so 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to prevent a No Show charge equal to one night's room and tax. Billing Instructions:Individual are responsible of all charges. Parking:$15 Self Parking per day and per vehicle, based on availability. You have daily unlimited in and out access. Breakfast is complimentary for all registered guests (our regular breakfast buffet is now replaced by breakfast boxes due to the pandemic).
