January 24th!!!
Err on the side of caution. We love you enough to invite you to the wedding; we don't want you to feel or be unsafe there. If you have to decline, we will still love you (and we'll really appreciate knowing either way)!
Absolutely! Just let us know when you RSVP.
Yes! Right here on Zola! You can get a specific gift or contribute to funds for our honeymoon, plane travel, Giants games, and a new kitten!
The ceremony starts at 2pm, so arrive where you can be seated and ready by then! (If you come late, you're walking down the aisle with the flower girl and ring bearer, so plan accordingly!)
If your invitation said so, then yes! We aren't having big numbers due to the whole Covid thing, so please don't invite anyone extra. (Well, you can bring a guest who is a little 'extra' if they are on your invitation.)
Only the ones invited on the invitation (which is only the wedding party kiddos)! If you're looking for something for the kids, BATS is offering youth improv classes.
Yes, please see the Travel page for four recommendations. Other than those, if you want to be close to the wedding venue, look for hotels in the Presidio or Marina/Cow Hollow neighborhoods.
The food is going to be a buffet (served by venue wait staff), so you'll be able to pick what you'd like to eat. There are meat and vegetarian options.
Yes, there is parking right outside the venue. I believe there is a fee to park; unlike Nashville, it's affordable-- about $2/hr or $11/day.
You will have to check with your individual hotel about shuttles. We won't be providing anything since guests are staying at different hotels. We recommend using Lyft or Uber.
We can't actually explain the whole pandemic. We are smart, but not that smart. What we can tell you is that the wedding is taking place at the Presidio in SF, and that means there are rules to follow to keep people safe. Masks are required indoors, so that's during our ceremony and the reception except when you're eating. Right now proof of vaccination is not required, but that could very likely change, so be prepared. At this moment, we aren't asking guests for negative tests beforehand, but we might! We have guests who are immuno-compromised and have no interest in being a super-spreader event. We'll post here if we decide to ask for those, which will be based on how things are going in SF at the time.
Yes, yes we are. It's a pandemic, and we are starting our lives together, so we'd like to do that as safely as possible. The N95 and KN95 masks are said to be more effective than cloth. You can always do like Stephanie and double up if you just have to have your cute matching fabric mask. Thanks for helping us stay safe!
That's not a question, but yep. It's not really up for debate. If you want to come to the wedding, you're going to have to indulge us in following the venue's protocols.
