Our Wedding

Carter and Stephanie met at work. Carter first noticed Steph when she was rotating through the hospital for her clinical rotations. Their first interaction was very memorable for him. He helped her position the bed after a surgery, and he said maybe two words to her. After that interaction, he looked forward to any opportunity to talk with her. Steph, on the other hand, had no memory of that encounter. She didn’t take notice of Carter until over a year later when they were in the same operating room for most of a month. Their friendship began that month, and they noticed they had many similarities despite him being from Northern Minnesota and her being from South Texas. At the end of the month, Carter finally worked up the courage to ask Steph out on a first date to the Perot Museum in Dallas. They quickly realized they were a great match and had a lot of fun getting to know each other. Eventually, Carter proposed to Steph on the beach in Maui and now they are excited to share their next adventure: marriage!
