We kindly ask guests to dress in backyard formal attire. Think elevated and elegant, while still comfortable for an outdoor setting. We also kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or ivory tones in celebration of the bride.
For our out-of-town guests joining us for the weekend, we would love to welcome you to Calgary with a casual backyard lamb roast the evening before the wedding festivities begin. Join us for great food, drinks, music, and time spent together with family and friends as we kick off the celebration weekend. We are so excited to have so many of our favourite people in one place, and cannot wait to spend a relaxed evening together before the big day. Come hungry, come comfortable, and get ready for a fun night celebrating before we say “I do” the next day!

Please arrive by 3:45 PM to allow time for complimentary parking and finding your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will take place outdoors behind the driving range, weather permitting. In the event of poor weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
6:00 pm
This event will take place inside the clubhouse of the Glencoe Golf and Coutnry Club.
Following the ceremony, walk 2 minutes to the clubhouse, and join us for cocktail hour from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM, featuring some of our favourite drinks, light bites, and time to relax, mingle, and celebrate together! Dinner and a few light speeches will follow before we head into dancing and the open bar. If you plan on drinking, please arrange a safe ride home in advance, such as Uber or a taxi.
