You can rent a car or there are plenty of shuttle services available. Once in Sayulita, you dont need a car. You can rent a golf cart to get around locally or you can even use Uber if you want to check out some of the nearby towns like San Pancho or Punta Mita. We will provide transport from town for the events!
For the wedding: Beach Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Shoes are optional once you make it to the beach! The rest of the time, you are set with board shorts + flip flops.
Groms are welcome, but we can also hook you up with local babysitters if you want to get loco at our fiesta.
Hell ya, just let us know if you have a plus one! The more, the merrier!
We would love to get a sense of numbers by June! Gracias :)
The small, yet bustling village of Sayulita located far from the border, is just that - small, charming and very popular with tourists. Although growing rapidly in popularity on an international scale, Sayulita, Mexico is still a amall town with friendly faces eager to meet and greet visitors whose patronage is essential to the local economy. The homes, villas, and rental units are privately owned with no corporate multiple-story hotels or all inclusive resorts which in turn facilitates a very strong sense of community in Sayulita. That being said, over the last decade Sayulita has experienced an increase in popularity and unfortunately, the possibility of crime does exist. Please exercise any common sense that you would in any other location that you travel to.
We sure hope not!! Please be mindful when making your food choices and drinking water. Sayulita has implemented new sewer systems in 2019 that have improved the sanitation immensely. However, just like other places in Latin America, you cannot drink the tap water. You must always have filtered water. Be sure to wash your hands and take a hand sanitizer with you for extra protection against germs.
