f you can please RSVP either "yes" or "no" on our website by October 15, 2023, that would be so helpful to us. We hope to get to celebrate with you!
Although we love your kids, unfortunately, Tulum is not a kid-friendly destination. Aside from close family, we won't be able to accommodate children.
Bathing suits, sunscreen, BUG SPRAY (this Tulum jungle is NO JOKE with the mosquitos), hair ties because wind, umbrella because sudden tropical torrential downpours. Don't forget your passport and make sure that it hasn't expired!
Mexican pesos are the most convenient and are accepted everywhere. However many bars, restaurants, and stores also accept credit card and some even accept USD as well. We recommend having pesos on hand along with your credit card.
Internet service in Tulum generally can be spotty and unpredictable. Some hotels and restaurants offer their own Wi-Fi, but even then it can be slow.
No. Whenever we travel to Mexico we only drink and brush our teeth with bottled water from a market or the water provided by the hotel or restaurant. There are plenty of small convenience stores in the area that sell bottled water for your room.
The venue and our recommended hotels are all in the "resort area" of Tulum, so there's a ton of stuff around. There are convenient stores (water, snacks, alcohol, toiletries, first aid...), coffee shops, ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, clothing stores, etc.
