Kindly RSVP by May 31, 2024, to ensure our vendors receive an accurate guest count.
We kindly request cocktail attire for our wedding. For men, we suggest a suit or dress shirt paired with dress pants, and for women, midi or knee-length dresses or elegant jumpsuits. Please, no jeans.
Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes early to ensure we can start the ceremony promptly at 4:00 p.m.
For more details about the shuttle service, please visit the travel page. Kindly RSVP in advance for your preferred shuttle time. Due to limited seating, only guests who RSVP 'yes' will have guaranteed availability on the shuttle.
Uber and Lyft are available for transportation from our hotel to the rest of the Denver-metro area. If you are staying somewhere other than the main hotel that the shuttle is departing from, you may use Uber or Lyft from the main hotel to and from your final destination. However, the remote location and lack of cellphone service at our venue make Uber and Lyft unreliable transportation options for the event. Please plan to take the shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back, or rent a car.
Parking is available at the venue location; however, our venue requests that no cars be left overnight.
Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP, so we can accommodate them accordingly.
During our ceremony, we kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos with cellphones or personal cameras. We've hired professional photographers to capture our special moments. However, feel free to take personal photos after the ceremony and throughout the night, and please share them with us!
We're excited to offer an open bar at our wedding. Kindly refrain from bringing outside alcohol onto the premises, as our venue strictly prohibits it.
The weather in the Rocky Mountains can be unpredictable, though we're hopeful for sunshine. However, it's common to experience afternoon thunderstorms during the summer. We recommend packing sunglasses for your trip, as the sun shines brightly at higher altitudes.
Denver is famously known as the mile-high city, sitting at an altitude of 5,280 feet. However, our wedding venue in the mountains exceeds 8,000 feet in altitude. The higher altitude means thinner and drier air, which may occasionally cause altitude sickness. Symptoms can include headaches, dizziness, and shortness of breath. To alleviate symptoms, it's essential to stay hydrated before and during your trip and consider using Ibuprofen for headaches. Additionally, please be aware that one alcoholic beverage at sea level may have a stronger effect equivalent to two at higher altitudes.
