Cayman Islands is our third port and this island has lots of different things to do! Personally, every time we just head to: 7 Mile Beach, this is a free public beach and above is a picture of us there. It's not too far from the cruise port, I'd say about 10-15 minutes of a drive. We highly recommend taking the public bus there, it only costs about $5 USD and it drops you off in the same parking lot that a taxi would - we've taken a taxi and it costs around $35 per way. You can catch the public bus or a taxi right at the cruise port. There are lots of shops right when you get off the tender boat at the port as well as a gelato place we highly recommend. Cayman Islands is also extremely famous for their stingray adventures, here you can take a boat out to swim with them at a sandbar off the shore. There is also a turtle sanctuary that I've heard is great. This island is also known for great snorkeling. Tip: make sure to get your tender ticket early so you can really enjoy the island :)
