We're getting Married!

We had planned to get a spring skiing trip in at Palisades and Mammoth for Michael's birthday. After seeing that the road to Glacier Point was open again after being closed for repairs for a year Michael knew he had to suggest a quick one night camping trip in Yosemite on the way up would be a perfect opportunity to propose. In the morning we visited Lower Yosemite and Bridalveil Falls before making our way up the road to Glacier Point with an upset Star since she didn't get to have our favorite pizza at The Deck. Once we got to Glacier Point we reminisced on our first backpacking trip together that started at the same spot. We found a great photo spot and Michael setup a phone, snapped a few pictures and then changed it to record video and proposed! We went on one more short hike and then hit the road up to Truckee where we spent the next two days snowboarding at Palisades. We left from there straight to Mammoth for an all time spring skiing day before heading back home.
