Main Villa Accommodations

We have reserved the entire villa for our wedding weekend and would love for our guests to stay with us on property. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come basis. Once preferences are submitted, Anna + Stan will confirm availability. Room Rates (3 nights): Classic Room – €400/night (€1,200 total) Deluxe Room – €500/night (€1,500 total) Garden Suite – €600/night (€1,800 total) *note - listed in euros Included: 4-star accommodations, breakfast Saturday–Monday, lunch Friday & Saturday, and shuttle service to/from wedding events and into Florence upon request. Additional amenities are listed on the hotel website. Rooms generally accommodate two adults; select rooms may allow an extra bed. Timeline: • ASAP: Hotel room preferences due • March 15: 50% deposit due • April 1: Final RSVP; deposit refundable • May 1: Remaining balance due; non-refundable after Proof of accommodations will be shared closer to the date for travel documentation.

Vineyard Excursion

10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Tuscan Casual Attire

Shuttle Transportation provided. Pick up 10:00 am at Hotel Villa Olmi (main driveway). Expected return around 3:00 pm. Lunch, wine tasting, and a tour of the property provided, with gorgeous views of the tuscan countryside. If not staying at Hotel Villa Olmi, the cost for this event is 90 euro/person. A secure payment link will be provided after your RSVP has been received.

Ceremony + Reception

Black Tie Preferred

Shuttles Provided on the following schedule: - Departures at 4:00pm and 4:30pm from Hotel Villa Olmi (front driveway) - Returns from Villa Corsini at 10:30pm (after dinner/dessert), 12:00am, 1:30am (following additional dancing/afterparty) Ubers can also be called from this location, though may take some time to arrive. The venue is about 20 minutes from Villa Olmi (main hotel) and about 25 minutes from the city center of Florence.

Join us as we wrap up an unforgettable weekend. Come say "ciao" before we whisk away on our honeymoon! Note: Check out is 12:00 pm. There will be a place to store luggage if you plan to hang out past then.
