Answer

Yes, Ubering is an option. If fact we strongly encourage guests to carpool, as parking is very limited. We will have more parking information in August. When we will either have additional parking near the venue or a shuttle from Heber City set up. Please stay tuned.

We respectfully ask that our guests please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

Answer

Yep! There is a large indoor swimming pool (50′ x 22′) — heated year-round to 86 degrees. There are also a giant hot tub and sauna! Towels will be available.

The earliest we can check in Friday at 4:00 PM.

While we would love to have everyone stay at the lodge with us, there just aren't enough beds. We have already contacted the guests that have a room at the lodge. Please see the "Travel" page for hotel suggestions in Heber City.

We have set up a hotel block with Best Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel for any guests that would like that option. In order to book a room through the block, please contact Keaton Ross, director of sales. You can call or text him at 435-214-0442 or email him at keaton@henderson500.com. Check out is 11:00 AM Monday. Kayla is the only one allowed to be running around last-minute, figuring out her life.

We will be feeding people through out the weekend. Breakfast will look like muffins, bagels, fruit, quiche, breakfast meat TBD, etc. Lunches will be snacks and sandwich fare. Dinners are TBD.

Answer

Timber Moose Lodge sits at nearly 8,000 feet elevation, so expect fall mountain temperatures. Rain is always a possibility and the nights will be cool (pending catastrophic climate change). September highs are typically in the upper 60s, with lows in the 40s. The reception and dinner will be outside, please plan accordingly.
