"Walk across Broad Street in downtown Athens through the landmark Arch onto the original campus of the nation's first state-chartered university." Fun Fact: Jacob and Alyssa met on North Campus under a tree and Jacob proposed under that same tree. Can you find the tree?
Herty Field
Herty Field, also known as Alumni Athletic Field, was the original on-campus playing venue for football and baseball at the University of Georgi. It opened in the Fall of 1891 and hosting the first UGA home football game against Mercer University on January 30, 1892. Also located on North Campus.
Sanford Stadium
You can't come to Athens and not see Stanford Stadium!!
