We have reserved a block of rooms with a special group rate at the Fairmont Austin for check-in dates of Friday, September 4th - Sunday, September 6th. We recommend booking as soon as possible. Reservations must be made by August 4th to receive the special group rate of $229 per night (plus tax & fees). This rate includes Standard King or Queen rooms. Other room types are also available to book through the same link. If you'd like to extend your stay, the discounted rate is applicable between 9/1 - 9/8/26 (subject to availability outside of block dates). When booking, you will see a $35 per room, per night plus tax Urban Experience Fee, which provides access to the following amenities: • $15 Food & Beverage Credit valid per day (valid in all dining venues, excluding Good Things) • $35 Fairmont Spa Austin Credit valid per day towards body, facial or nail treatments. Spa treatments provide day access to amenities including steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi • Luxury Hotel Car Service for local transportation within a one-mile radius, based on availability • 10% Off Private Transportation (booked through Concierge) • Up to 30% Off City Experiences (booked through Concierge) • Use of Hotel Bicycles, based on availability • Jogging Station available in hotel lobby from 6:00-9:00am (water, towels & running trail maps provided) If you’d like to stay elsewhere, there are plenty of other hotel options downtown Austin as well that are within walking distance! Please note we will only be scheduling shuttle transportation to & from The Fairmont.
