We have reserved a block of rooms with a special group rate at the Fairmont Austin! We recommend booking as soon as possible. When booking, you will see a $35 per room, per night plus tax Urban Experience Fee, which provides access to the following amenities: • $15 Food & Beverage Credit valid per day (valid in all dining venues, excluding Good Things) • $35 Fairmont Spa Austin Credit valid per day towards body, facial or nail treatments. Spa treatments provide day access to amenities including steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi • Luxury Hotel Car Service for local transportation within a one-mile radius, based on availability • 10% Off Private Transportation (booked through Concierge) • Up to 30% Off City Experiences (booked through Concierge) • Use of Hotel Bicycles, based on availability • Jogging Station available in hotel lobby from 6:00-9:00am (water, towels & running trail maps provided) If you would prefer to stay elsewhere - you are more than welcome to stay at the lodging of your choice. Although we will only be scheduling transportation to & from The Fairmont hotel, you do not need to be a hotel guest to take advantage of the shuttle service.
