Will the ceremony & reception be held at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! We are excited to host both the ceremony and reception at The Grand Lady in Manor, Texas. We will be securing transportation to and from the Fairmont Austin.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation and RSVP for the number of seats reserved in your honor. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore all of your little ones, but we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy the evening!

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have contracted a block of rooms at the Fairmont Austin with a special group rate. Please see "Travel" tab and follow the booking link to make your reservation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite you to dress in Garden Formal attire — polished but relaxed, perfectly suited for a late-summer outdoor celebration. For women, flowy midi or maxi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or elevated separates are all wonderful choices. Soft pastels and floral prints are especially fitting for the setting. We strongly recommend block heels, wedges, or flats for navigating the grass comfortably. For men, suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt are ideal. A blazer is encouraged but not required, and lighter colors and breathable fabrics are a great choice for the Texas heat. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by dinner and dancing indoors.

Is there parking available onsite?

Yes, there are plenty of parking spots available at the venue where both the ceremony & reception will be held.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be coordinating shuttle transportation to and from the hotel to the venue. Please indicate if you plan to utilize shuttle services from The Fairmont when you RSVP!
