5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We invite you to dress in Garden Formal attire. Block heels or wedges strongly encouraged. Dress for the weather and keep the heat in mind!
Arrivals begin at 4:30pm to the venue. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm, followed by cocktail hour with drinks & light bites, dinner, & then dancing! Dinner will be served family style - please note upon RSVP if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. Shuttle service will be provided between the Fairmont Hotel and The Grand Lady. Shuttles will pickup from The Fairmont Hotel at 4:00pm. Shuttles will pick up from the Grand Lady at 11:00pm at the conclusion of the reception. The drive between the hotel and the venue takes about 30 minutes. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
