What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie. For men, please wear a tuxedo. For women, a formal dress is preferred.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Since our hotel room blocks are located close to the ceremony and reception, we are not providing transportation. If you are staying further from the venues, Ubers are readily available in Downtown Charleston. However, if you are staying outside of Downtown Charleston, Ubers are not usually available. Cab company recommendations can be found in the "Cab Information" note at the bottom of the Travel tab. It is an eight minute walk from the ceremony at Second Presbyterian to the reception at the William Aiken House.

Are children invited?

Answer

We are keeping our wedding as an adults-only weekend. Please feel free to have kids travel with you, but for the weekend's events, we request that you arrange for childcare.
