Courtyard Westbury Long Island

Guests can book a hotel room with a discounted rate by clicking on the "VIEW" tab below or by calling the hotel directly (516.542.1001) referencing "Soto-Clores Wedding". Our room block includes Thursday and Friday nights (11/06-11/07). You may book a room for either both nights or just Friday night, depending on your needs. The last day our room block will be available to book is Monday, October 6th, 2025. This hotel is about a 5 minute drive from the venue. Please note, we have provided a free 31 passenger shuttle making multiple trips to Westbury Manor, starting at 6:00 pm before the reception and 11:00 pm after the reception. First shuttle to Westbury Manor will leave at approximately 6:15 pm and the second shuttle will leave at approximately 6:45 pm.

Hilton Garden Inn Westbury

This hotel is right next to the Courtyard Westbury and a 5 minute drive from Westbury Manor. Please note, we do not have a room block for this hotel. If you prefer, you are welcome to stay here and cross the street to utilize the shuttle we arranged at Courtyard Westbury.

Flight

John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)

We recommend flying into JFK (by mileage, this is the closest airport to Westbury Manor). It is about a 25-30 minute drive to Westbury. You can either (1) rent a car, (2) use Uber/Lyft or (3) take the AirTrain to Jamaica station to catch the LIRR from this airport.

Flight

LaGuardia Airport (LGA)

If there is not an ideal flight out of JFK, LGA is also about a 25-30 minute drive to Westbury Manor. You can either (1) rent a car or (2) use Uber/Lyft from this airport.

Train

Long Island RailRoad (LIRR)

For those of you taking the train from New York City, please refer to the details below: Ceremony Mass (Church of St. Patrick): Take the Huntington bound train from Penn Station to either the Huntington Station or the Cold Spring Harbor Station. From either of these stations it is about a 5-10 minute drive to the church. Reception (Westbury Manor): Take the Huntington bound train from Penn Station to Mineola. From there, it is about a 10 minute drive to Westbury Manor.
