This location is our favorite for multi-mountain views. It also has U-pick fruit, and serves wine, cider, food and ice cream. You can use tables at the location or bring a picnic blanket (which we recommend)

Marchesi Vineyards have a newly expanded tasting room with plenty of seating, as well as made improvements to the expanded outdoor patio. They have undercover seating available with blankets and heaters for those cooler evenings.

Stave and Stone has over 50 acres of planted grapes and sits in an area with some of the best views. Their white wines include Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir Blanc, Riesling, and Chardonnay. Their red wines include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Pinot Noir, and crowd-pleasing blends

Indian Creek Golf Course is a full-service facility situated in the beautiful Hood River Valley, where it is surrounded by orchards and wineries. Golfers at Indian Creek enjoy spectacular views of Mt. Hood to the south and Mt. Adams to the north. Views of the majestic snow capped peaks follow players throughout the entire course.

Portland is also home to some of the best food trucks you can find in the Pacific Northwest. While many went out of business during Covid, there are still plenty around worth trying.
