Welcome Reception

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Attire: Casual

We appreciate everyone traveling so far to celebrate our special day with us! We are kicking off the festivities with a welcome reception at Sweet Heart Winery from 5pm-8pm. Come celebrate with us for as little or long as you are able during this time. Food and drinks are available for purchase. Please RSVP so we can get an accurate guest count for the winery. Children are welcome to attend this event.

Rehearsal Dinner

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Attire: Dressy Casual

All wedding guests are invited to attend the Rehearsal Dinner at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch in the main lodge from 5pm-8pm. For dinner we'll be serving grilled burgers/brats/hot dogs/veggie burgers with all the fixings and sides. Please RSVP. We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding however we are only able to invite the children of our wedding party and immediate family as named on the invite.

Ceremony & Reception: Prentiss & Sutcliffe Wedding

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Garden Party

The Ceremony will start promptly at 4pm with reception and dance party to follow! All festivities are outdoors on grass. For dinner we'll be serving a smokehouse BBQ buffet with brisket, roast chicken, baked beans and homemade coleslaw. Vegetarian entree available by request on RSVP. Please RSVP. We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding however we are only able to invite the children of our wedding party and immediate family as named on the invite. DIRECTIONS: Apple and Google Maps are not the best for directing you to the ranch. From Interstate 25, take exit 257 onto Highway 34 toward Loveland/Estes Park. Stay on CO-34 and drive west for 13 miles into the foothills. Sylvan Dale is between mile markers 83 & 84. You’ll see signs on covered wagons on the right side of the road. Turn right into the entrance of the ranch. Next, take a left and go down the hill past the horse barn. Cross the bridge, turn RIGHT at the silo and follow signage to the office.
