Things To Do

Of course our wedding is the main attraction ;) but here are few other local attractions for those of you visiting from near & far
Los Angeles Zoo

Los Angeles Zoo

5333 Zoo Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90027
, (323) 644-4200

A trip to the zoo is a fun outing for the kids and animal lovers alike. Fun fact: One of the L.A. Zoo residents, Reggie the Alligator, used to call Lake Machado in Harbor Park (near where Megan grew up) home. He evaded capture for 2 years before finally being given a home at the zoo.

Circle K Riding Stables

Circle K Riding Stables

910 S. Maiposa Street, Burbank, CA 91506
, (818) 843-9890

We are getting married at an equestrian center, so of course your visit won't be complete without...horses! See Griffith Park on horseback with one of the various trail rides offered for riders of all ability levels.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood

3400 Warner Boulevard, Burbank, CA 91505
, (818) 977-8687

Visit the set of the Big Bang Theory, have your picture taken at Central Perk, and explore the wizarding world of Harry Potter on a tour of one of the busiest working studios in Los Angeles. Tours are offered daily from 8:30-3:30 for guests 8 and older. It is best to purchase tickets online ahead of time.

Autry Museum of the American West

Autry Museum of the American West

4700 Western Heritage Way, Los Angeles, CA 90027
, (323) 667-2000

Discover the art, history, and cultures of the American West at the Autry Museum. Megan has fond memories of visiting this museum as a child with her Grandma B. and learning all about growing up as a cowgirl in Montana. The museum is open Tuesday-Friday from 10-4 and Saturday-Sunday from 10-5.

Griffith Park

Griffith Park

4730 Crystal Springs Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90027
, (323) 913-4688

Our wedding venue is actually located within Griffith Park, along with the Griffith Observatory, L.A. Zoo, and famous Hollywood Sign. We hiked to the Hollywood Sign and explored Bronson Cave (the Batcave in the original Batman TV Series) shortly after we began dating. With everything from horseback riding to golf, Griffith Park has a variety of activities to help you get out and enjoy the sunshine.
