May 15th at the absolute LATEST. No exceptions. Our venue needs a firm headcount for catering and bar services. Please note, if you do not RSVP by our deadline, we will assume you are not attending, and therefore will not have a seat for you or include you in our food counts. So please RSVP as soon as you can!
The attire for our wedding is formal. So, the only thing I ask is that you do not wear jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc. Nice dress pants for men with a button up and a pretty dress/ skirt and nice blouse for women. That's just a few simple ideas to make it formal! **Please note that if you are direct family to either the bride or groom, it is required that your attire is more on the really formal side - suit for the men (dress pants, jacket, shirt) and again, nice dress or pant suit for women.
Unfortunately, unless specified on your invitation, we cannot allow additional guests/plus ones. When you RSVP through the website, it will automatically populate how many guests are included within your party/invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
Per our venue, all activities must end by 11 PM sharp. This includes time for clean up of any decorations that need to be gathered up for the bride and groom, gifts or any personal belongings of theirs. This task will be assigned to a set group of people. To be safe, we will wrap things up around 10 or 10:30 to allow proper time for these types of things.
Yes. We will be providing 2 kegs, one with a domestic beer and the other with a micro-brew. Additionally, we will have two signature cocktails available (his and hers) and of course, water and non-alcoholic beverages as well. These items are paid via the bride and groom. Outside of those options, there will be other alcoholic beverages available for purchase via "open bar" style. Please remember to tip our wonderful bartenders!
Both! The ceremony will be located outside and the reception/cocktail hour will take place inside with the ability to still go in and out on the patio, etc. Please plan accordingly.
Well, for those that live here, they know that Central Oregon can be very temperamental when it comes to the weather. We are hoping for a beautiful sunny June day but while that could be the case, it could also change very quickly. Please pack and plan accordingly, while additionally paying attention to the weather reports prior to the wedding weekend.
Unfortunately, unless otherwise specified on your formal invitation/during the RSVP process, no additional children are allowed.
We will be offering light hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour while the bridal party and family are doing photos, followed by a full meal that will be buffet style.
We kindly ask that you keep your phone put away during our ceremony. We are paying someone to get photos during the entirety of the day and would prefer that you be fully present in the moment with us. :) After the ceremony, please feel free to snap as many pictures as you'd like! Make sure to share them with the bride and groom by following the directions on how to the day of the wedding and if posted on social media, don't forget to use our hashtag so we can find it later (#SoontobeCail).
