SJC

The closest airport to our Wedding is SJC (San Jose). Generally if you're flying domestic within the US, and definitely if you're flying from elsewhere in CA, this would be the best airport to fly into if you intend to stay around Mountain View for your accommodation.

SFO

If you're flying internationally, or from out of state, most likely you will see more flights flying into SFO (San Francisco) rather than SJC. SFO is only about 30 miles (48 kilometers) away from our wedding location, but do keep in mind rush hour traffic can be pretty bad.

OAK

On the rare occasion no flights to SFO or SJC are available, OAK (Oakland) is the next closest airport. OAK is about 40 miles (60 kilometers) away from our wedding location, and you should account for rush hour traffic here too.

Nice & clean hotel, near Downtown Mountain View (Castro Street). You'll find good cafes like 1oz Coffee, beautiful cakes at Alexander's Patisserie, and Japanese hotpot at Shabuway.

Maple Tree Inn

Clean, basic hotel located across an In N Out! Not too far from downtown Sunnyvale, and seems also popular with business travelers. This is quick drive away from the venue, and has a great rating on Yelp.

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto

Slightly further away from Mountain View, but this will put you closer to the Stanford Shopping Center and Downtown Palo Alto: Sprinkles Cupcakes & Tender Greens are our favorites at the mall; Philz Coffee, Blue Bottle (coffee), and Chantal Guillon macarons at DT Palo Alto.

ALOFT Sunnyvale

Super near the Sunnyvale Caltrain station (which means you can catch a Bullet Train to SF), in downtown Sunnyvale. If you like coffee, Philz Coffee has some great options. On a hot sunny day, there's nothing like a sweet & creamy Mint Mojito (it's not an alcoholic drink)! There is a Farmer's market every Saturday morning, so that could be a nice way to spend the morning.
