Getting from the Airport to Wimberley & The Cedars Ranch

Since most of you will be flying in, we wanted to share some easy options for getting from the Austin or San Marcos airport to Wimberley and to The Cedars Ranch. Taxi Service: Rides by Marti offers reliable rides that need to be pre-scheduled from the airport directly to Wimberley or The Cedars Ranch. The price is $85-$90 per car per way. This is a great option to lock your transportation in ahead of time. Uber & Lyft: Rideshare services are available to get from the airport to Wimberley. Just a heads up, once you’re in Wimberley, Uber and Lyft is not available, so a ride back to the airport from Wimberley will need to be reserved outside of Uber or Lyft. Price $80 - $135. If you don’t want to rent a car for the weekend, scheduling a taxi in advance is your best bet for getting to town or directly to the venue. Transport to events

Nicole and Sonia have organized taxis FROM ONLY the hotel locations above in the form of larger SUV's to get guests to and from the events for Friday and Saturday. Think similar to an Uber. The taxis will be available for the duration of both the Welcome Party on Friday and Ceremony + Reception time in case you need a ride home earlier or later than the scheduled times of 9pm Friday and 9pm and 11pm on Saturday you can request that with your driver. In order to get final numbers prior to the wedding we will be looking for our guests to make sure they confirm whether or not they will be using the shuttle service or not to get to and from the events and where they are staying. We will need this information to organize the appropriate number of cars to get people to the ceremony on time! We can't promise last minute rides requested to get to the ceremony on Saturday, but you will be able to get a ride home from either of the events no problem. PLEASE NO DRINKING AND DRIVING. Just let us or our wedding planner Danielle know you need a ride home and we will make sure you get back to your accommodation safely and back to your car in the morning.
