Ground Transportation from Airport to Marina - Guests can book the ground transportation with the hotel’s in-house transfers partner at the corresponding cost or can contract separately. - Guests will be transferred from the Airport to the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina at Puerto Cancun, a 30-minute car ride from Cancun International Airport. - Guests are kindly requested to coordinate their maritime transportation directly with our dedicated hotel team at lc.cunim.pbx@luxurycollection.com. - Upon arrival to the Marina Puerto Cancun, their welcome team will escort the guests to either the vessel or a designated area where they can relish refreshments, pre check in to their stay in anticipation of the upcoming voyage. - Once aboard the vessel, a delightful 20-minute journey unfolds, serenaded by the soothing sounds of the ocean. - Arrival to property dock--> As the embarkation glides into the dock, guests will be welcomed with a warm Ma'alob k'iin” (Welcome to paradise in Mayan) IMPORTANT NOTE: If you choose not to use the hotel’s transportation service, we highly recommend arranging your own transportation before arriving at the airport.
