Welcome to Colorado! Although you will likely be flying into Denver International Airport if you're from out of town, we have options listed for accommodations in Longmont, Boulder, and Lyons. We recommend staying in or around Boulder, where we will be staying on our wedding night, that is a beautiful 30 minute drive to our venue in Lyons, CO. We will have a limited number of seats available on our shuttle transporting guests to/from the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Boulder to/from our venue. If using your own mode of transportation, you may also park directly at our venue, as they have a sizable parking lot where you will be guided by parking attendants upon arrival. You may leave your vehicle at our venue overnight - and must pickup by noon the next day. There is also a handicap-accessible drive-up entrance if needed. We have a room block at this hotel where we will also be having a shuttle transport interested guests directly to and from our venue in Lyons (a 30 minute drive north of the hotel). This hotel gives you direct access to downtown Boulder and nearby grocery options. There is a complimentary hot breakfast, living room area, and kitchen in each room. If you are staying elsewhere, you may also park at this hotel if you are interested in taking the shuttle or carpooling with other guests. We recommend booking ASAP - Memorial Day Weekend in Boulder is extremely busy. The last day to book within our block was Thursday, April 24th, however, please contact our sales coordinator, Tyler Benz, letting him know you're a part of the Bellarosa-Smith Wedding if you're still interested in booking through our group rate to assess availability.
