FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 15th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will assume you are declining your invitation, and adjustments will be made accordingly. Thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to our ceremony time. This will give you time to grab a cocktail or water, sign our guest book, and get seated before the evening begins. Our ceremony begins at 5pm, on May 25, 2025. We wish to mitigate any distractions from latecomers during the ceremony, so please respect the timeliness of our special day. Thank you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code for our wedding day is Black-Tie Optional. This means that there is room to dress outside of a Black-Tie formal event to suit different budgets and wardrobes (i.e., tuxes and gowns are appropriate, but not required), while honoring our elevated event and encouragement for you to enjoy this ceremonious day with us dressed in your best. Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your formal invitation addresses your spouse/significant other directly, no additional plus ones are invited to our event. We thank you for your understanding around this decision to keep our wedding day as intimate as possible, with our closest loved ones.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please indicate how many children you will be bringing when submitting your RSVP.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The hotel we have reserved a room block for can be found in our "Travel" section. We recommend booking your stay there or elsewhere as soon as possible - Memorial Day Weekend will be very busy in the Denver/Boulder/Lyons areas.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When submitting your RSVP, please detail any food-related requests there, so we can plan accordingly with our caterer.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Absolutely. Our wedding venue, Lionscrest Manor, has abundant parking space as well as parking attendants that will usher you to your spot upon arrival. Additionally, there is a more handicap-accessible pull-up entrance if needed for your comfort and convenience!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle transporting interested guests to and from our venue from the hotel we've reserved a room block with, Homewood Suites by Hilton in Boulder, CO. The hotel is a 30 minute drive from our venue. If you will not be staying at Homewood, you may also park in their lot to catch the shuttle if you'd like.
