It’s a short walk to the Vail Transportation Center or Manor Lodge, where wedding transportation will pick up guests of Friday. Room availability is limited, and guests are requested to book a two-night stay to receive the wedding room rate. Flight
Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest major airport to Vail. It is about 120 miles away, which takes around 2-2.5 hours by car. Renting a car at DEN is a popular option if you want flexibility to explore the area. If you’re interested in learning about private shuttle options and prices, please let us know!
Flight
Vail Eagle County Airport (EGE) is just 30 minutes from Vail, making it the quickest and easiest option to reach the wedding. It’s a smaller airport with shorter wait times but has limited flights- most connections are through Denver. A great option if you would like to avoid I-70 or needing to rent a car.
