Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask all guest RSVP by August 1st 2026

Question

UMMM WHAT IS western MOUNTAIN CHIC?

Answer

Think boots, denim, and fun hats encouraged! Whether it’s fringe, flair, or a little extra personality, this look is all about good vibes and stylish comfort. Perfect for celebrating under the Colorado sky with a nod to classic Western style—but with your own fun twist.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

"ABSOLUTELY, why wouldn't there be? " - Jonathan

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the children of the wedding party. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day!

Question

What's the attire for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi- or floor-length dress or dressy separates. The bridesmaids are wearing chocolate brown so we kindly ask ladies to avoid wearing this color. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style! The ceremony will be held on the lawn. Please wear appropriate footwear!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

NO! There is no parking at or around the venue where both the ceremony and reception will be taking place. We have arranged transportation from Vail Village for all guests- please refer to transportation FAQ for additional information :)

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

YES! Transportation will be provided for all guests to and from the event. Shuttles will pick up guests at The Manor Vail and The Vail Transportation Center, which is a short walk from other hotels in Vail Village if you decide to stay elsewhere. If you decided to stay in Lionshead or another area we suggest planning transportation to the pick up spot in advance as Uber and Lyft are not easily available in Eagle County. Again, there is NO parking at the venue.

Question

We are traveling out of state- do we need to rent a car?

Answer

This decision is up to you! Vail is a very walkable town and transportation to and from the event will be provided. Vail is about a two hour drive from Denver International Airport (depending on that I-70 traffic), and forty minutes from Eagle County Regional Airport. Overnight parking can range from $30-$60 a night, therefore if you are interested in arranging door-to-door shuttle service between DIA or EGE and Vail please reach out and we can give you suggestions!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course! Please reach out to us and we will make sure it is covered!
