Shuttle Bus

If you would like to utilize the shuttle bus for round trip transportation from the Florence Airport to the Castle, please RSVP. It is $65 per person roundtrip. This will be paid directly to Skylar. Skylar is currently working on the bus schedule as email responses come in. Skylar will email the schedules out the week prior to the wedding. The bus pickup location will be provided then along with a primary contact. Arrival & Check In

Check in will be at Reception. Arrival times will be dependent upon the shuttle bus schedule. For those arriving on the bus, check in is still at 4. You will be able to spend time around the property prior to check in. If you are arriving through other transportation options, please arrive after 4pm.
Wine on the Terrace

After you are settled into your room, have unpacked, and are ready to enjoy the Italian countryside meet us on the Terrace for a glass of wine. We kindly request our guests wear a shade of blue for the welcome evening events.
Welcome Dinner on the Terrace
7:00 pm

Roll out fresh dough, sip local wine, and watch the sunset from the terrace. The pizza dinner will be a make your own style event - top your pizza with fresh ingredients from the castle garden and cook it yourselves in the stone oven built right into the castle tower! Last call will be at 11pm and the Castle will close for the night at 11:30pm. We want to make sure everyone gets their beauty sleep before the big day!

Breakfast on the Terrace

Breakfast will be available on the terrace during this time. Indulge in Fresh Bread with Local Jams and Honey, Cheese Boards, Yogurt, Muesli. Includes Coffee, Juice and Still Water. Still hungry? No problem! Additional food, alcohol, or speciality coffees are available to purchase from the Castello kitchen and will be billed separately to your room.
Panini's by the Pool
12:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Pool or Casual Attire
Lunch will be at the Castello Pool. Order up paninis from the Panini Truck! Take a dip in the pool- filled with fresh mountain spring water.
Wedding Ceremony
4:30 pm
Semi-Formal Attire: (i.e. cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, suits, sport jackets and slacks).
Join us on the Fattoria Lawn for the ceremony. Pick a seat - not a side. Aperitivo, Wedding Dinner, & After Party to follow. Note: we will be on grass for the remainder of the evening - so plan shoe-wear accordingly.

Additional food, alcohol, or speciality coffees are available to purchase from the Castello kitchen and will be billed separately to your room.
BBQ by the Pool

Want to take the afternoon for yourself to recover? Go on a hike in the Tuscan forest? No problem! If not, we will be poolside hosting a good 'ole fashion American BBQ (Ben wouldn't let our wedding happen without some sort of BBQ!). We hope you will join us.

We're in Italy, did you really think we wouldn't have gelato at some point?! Join us by the pool for UNLIMITED Italian gelato.
Pasta Making Class & Party

What better way is there to spend our last night at the Castle together then by learning how to make one of Italy's staple foods?! We will learn how to make fresh pasta from the Castello's Master Chef and drink wine on the terrace for one final sunset together. Pasta and a variety buffet will be served.
