Hi, Skye here! I truly cannot believe I am even making this website. I was never the girl who dreamed about a wedding or getting married or what I wanted my future husband to be like so this entire process feels very surreal. Esteban and I have been together since 2010 and we have truly grown up together. A lot of people hear our story and think we are crazy because people tend to grow apart when they are young, but each year and new phase of life, we have grown stronger together. I cannot wait to marry my best friend on one of the most meaningful days with the people we love most!

Hi, you all know me as Esteban! I can’t believe the day is almost here that i so happily get to marry the love of my life! Skye and I have been together since we were 13 years old, it’s crazy to think 12 years later I’m going to get to marry my best friend. We’ve been through so much and there’s no other person I’d want to spend the rest of my life with. I’m beyond excited to be celebrating this amazing day with all my friends and family!

Hi, this is Karen! I am the MOTB, Skye's Mom, Esteban's MIL. On June 8, 1997, I walked beside Skye as she took her first steps, ever, towards her dad, the first man that stole her heart. I am very proud and honored to walk beside Skye on December 17, 2022, as she takes her first steps, ever, towards her husband, the second man that stole her heart. I could not be more proud of Skye and Esteban for their dedication and commitment to one another and to share their wedding day with family and friends.

Hola! We are Jaime and Sandra, proud parents of Esteban (POTG, as our comadre, Karen, would say). Esteban, the youngest of our 5 children, is thoughtful, charismatic, kind, lighthearted and we are proud of the man he is today. We have witnessed Esteban and Skye's love story and are excited to see the next chapter. We look forward to celebrating their union with you on December 17th!

Hi, my name is Krissa and I am Skye's Maid of Honor! I met Skye on the Plantation Swim Team pool deck back in 2005. It didn’t take but a couple of weeks until we were begging our Moms to have sleepovers every weekend. From the lime & orange sherbet, to the double dates, to being her MOH, Skdowney hasn’t just been my best friend through the years - but a sister. As for Estebean, he’s always been trouble. Stealing the heart of my best friend at age 14 on that same pool deck. Even though he used to call me “train tracks” when I had braces, there is no man out there that could love my best friend as fiercely as he does. I love you both so much and can’t wait for the big day!

Hi, my name is Nico and I am so happy to be Esteban’s best man. Esteban and I met at Florida Southern College, we swam together, we were roommates and we took classes together. To the point where you wouldn’t see one of us without the other! Even though we now live in different countries, I’m so grateful to have Esteban as my closest friend! I can’t wait to be best man at Esteban and Skye’s wedding and I wish them both nothing but success and happiness together. The countdown is on!!

Hi everyone, my name is Kaleigh and I’m one of Skye’s bridesmaids! Skye and I originally met in college when we both swam for UNF! We quickly found ourselves in the same group for swim practice and in almost every class together for school throughout undergrad (which I would not have gotten through without her). After graduation, we got our nails done together CONSTANTLY, and our dogs (Whiskey and Brodie) became best friends. I am so grateful to have both Skye and Esteban in my life and am so excited to stand next to Skye and be a part of their big day!

We all had an indescribable connection from day 1 that has only grown ever since. We’ve made countless memories together and I look forward to many more with these amazing men. Hi all! My name is Cara! I met Skye when she came to UNF as a swimming recruit. When she came in as a freshman we became fast friends and she’s been my best buddy ever since! Esteban I met through Skye and we bonded over a love of Harry Potter. I can’t imagine my life without both of them and I am so grateful to stand next to Skye as a bridesmaid!

I first met Skye when we were both freshmen in college on the UNF swim team and there’s no one else I’d rather gossip for hours with and spam with cute dog videos than her (I’m sure you’ve seen whiskey, he is undeniably the cutest). I’m so unbelievably excited to stand by her side on her big day and I know her and Esteban will have the most beautiful wedding!

Hi, my name is Charles and I am one of Esteban's groomsmen! Though probably swimming against Esteban while in club swimming, I first met him as a fellow freshman at Florida Southern College. I was introduced to him and we later both found out that we were distance swimmers, where he was monumentally supportive and competitive, and the rest is history.

Hi, I am Whiskey! My parents thought long and hard about getting a dog back in 2019. They both agreed they wanted to be graduated from undergrad, financially stable, and have a game plan for the future before committing to a pup. I had other plans! I came into their life when they least expected. Mom and Dad came to visit me one rainy March evening after seeing an Instagram post about my brothers and I. It didn't take long before they were attached and questioning everything they had agreed to. I followed them to their car that night when they tried leaving without me and the rest was history.

I met Skye when she was barely three years old when I was working for Stuart. Over the course of the years (and because Stuart and Karen were so generous in including me in many of their family outings and events), I have had the pleasure of watching Skye grow up. From birthday parties, swim meets, lunches and babysitting when she was young to keeping up with her from a distance through high school and college it has been a sincere joy to watch her become the resilient, kind, intelligent and beautiful young woman she is today. Being included in this very special day for Skye and Esteban will be one of the greatest joys of my life!
