COVID-19 is unfortunately an ongoing issue throughout our world. For our wedding, we would appreciate that everyone get Covid tested before attending our wedding just as a precaution. If you are feeling sick at all the week prior to our wedding, please let Esteban or I know.
Please refer to the travel tab on our website. We have 3 recommended hotels, 1 of which will have transportation services to and from the venue.
If you are planning on staying at another hotel/airbnb/place that is not on the lake, the venue does have free parking available.
We will be hosting a welcome party at UNO’s Pizzeria & Grill on International Drive! Please RSVP and come out to grab a bite to eat and mingle with us before our big day!
We are asking guests to dress semi-formal. Semi-formal dress codes call for a more relaxed look than what’s required at a formal black-tie event. Men - we are asking you wear nice pants and a button down long shirt or a suit. Women - a nice long dress or slacks/pants/suit. *Colors - anything you want BUT maroon or tan. If you have any doubts, please message myself or Esteban with photos.
We will not be formally asking anyone what they’d like to eat at the wedding because we will be doing stations instead of a sit down menu! Each station will have its own chef who can modify the selection for any restrictions or dietary needs. We will have options for everyone. Please feel free to message Esteban or myself if you have a dietary restriction or concern.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Here are some preferred babysitting services that our venue highly recommends: Kids Nite Out Recreation & Resort Management, 407-828-0901, www.kidsniteout.com & Super Sitters, Inc, 407-382-2558, www.supersittersincfl.com
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Yes, Whiskey will be present during the ceremony and for photos.
Florida's weather is very unpredictable, no matter what time of year. Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and reception will be under an overhang that is able to be closed up in case of inclement weather. Likewise, Florida winters can sometimes be chilly. We are going to have outdoor heaters on standby if needed but come prepared since everything will be outdoors with no climate control.
