What can we expect from a handfasting?

The term 'tie the knot' actually originates from handfasting ceremonies! In a handfasting, the officiant will tie a knot around the couple's hands to represent how they are now an extension of one another.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you not bring a Second. We are keeping our special day sweet and small. We have very specifically invited the people that mean the most to us to share in our happiest memories.

What is the dress cde?

We have chosen historical attire, along with our officiant, for our dream day. Please feel free to get your geek on! Or, you can dress however you ae most comfortable.
