This event will likely cause increased traffic heading out of Barcelona towards La Baronia. We recommend planning your travel accordingly to ensure a smooth journey. -------------------------------------------------------- How amazing is it that we have family and friends traveling from so many different places to join us to celebrate our special day, we are beyond thrilled! From the snowy Sweden and Norway to the charming streets of The Netherlands, Ireland, Romania or Germany among others. To help you with your travel plans, we've gathered some information and tips. We hope these suggestions make your journey easier and more enjoyable.

Flight

Airport Josep Tarradellas Barcelona - El Prat

If you decide to come by flight we recommend El Prat Airport since it is the main international airport with good transport connections to the city. In their website, go to the section 'Airport Services' and you will find more information about different options to go into the city center. Here is a summary: 1.Aerobus (Shuttle bus that connects the airport with Plaça de Cataluña). Travel time is 35min and it costs 12.25€ 2.TMB 46 (Regular city bus). Travel time 40min and it costs 2.55€ 3.Nitbus N17/N18 (Night buses). Travel time 40min and it costs 2.55€ 4.Metro L9 Sud - Travel time 35min and it costs 5.15€ 5.Train R2 Nord - Travel time 25 min and it costs 4.60€ 6.Taxi - Travel time 25min and it costs around 35€

Flight

Airport of Girona - Costa Blanca

Another Airport where you can travel to is in Girona, it is a bit further from Barcelona but it also has good connection options to Barcelona. -The most convenient option is to take a direct bus from Girona Costa Brava Airport to Barcelona, Estació d'Autobusos Nord. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and costs between €9 and €20. Buses run every 3 hours. -If you prefer to rent a car and drive, the distance is approximately 93 km, and it takes about 59 minutes to reach Barcelona. -For train option, while there isn't a direct train from the airport, you can take a bus or taxi to Girona city center and then catch a train to Barcelona. The train journey takes about 2 hours and 8 minutes and costs between €16(regional train) and €41(faster train). -Taking a taxi directly from the airport to Barcelona is another option. This will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and is more viable for groups who can share the cost.

From Barcelona to Caldes de Montbui

The best ways to travel from Barcelona to Caldes de Montbui are: -By bus: The most convenient option is to take the direct bus, either bus line 201 or 202. The journey takes about 50 minutes and costs between €4 and €6. Buses run every 20 minutes, so you won't have to wait long. 1. Bus Station Location in Barcelona is: Estació del Nord: Carrer d’Alí Bei, 80, 08013 Barcelona 2. Bus Line: Sagales Bus Service 3. You can purchase tickets directly from the Sagales website: Sagales Tickets OR at the Station: Tickets can also be bought at the Estació del Nord bus station.
