Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please confirm your attendance by Monday, March 10th, 2025, at the latest.

Question

At what time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please plan your travels so that you arrive no later than 17:30.

Question

What about speeches or activities?

Answer

We love the idea of personal touches at our wedding! If you’re planning a speech, a surprise, a dance, or anything special, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to share our wedding planners’ contact details with you. They’ll help make sure to include it in the timeline and that everything is coordinated smoothly!

Question

Can I add a song for the party?

Answer

Sure! Let us know and we'll add it to our wedding playlist! You can either add it yourself to our Spotify playlist or tell us your request so we can create the perfect soundtrack for our big day! Sorry for the link being un-clickable! https://open.spotify.com/playlist/471QxoXiImh9Wm2NWkohGh?si=5KaCGCgzSs290jCVRP6Ejg&pt=928135b2e5d9539dc17a9991623cb62d&pi=OafnNRmLS0CXW

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome! However, as our wedding will take place in the evening and continue late into the night with loud music and celebrations, we kindly ask that little guests be kept to a minimum. If you do bring children, please note that parents are responsible for supervising them at all times, as no one else will be able to do so. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a plus one! However, please inform Simon or Claudia in advance before submitting your RSVP.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available. Please let us know in the RSVP if you require parking at the venue.

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and party will all be outside. We’ll only move indoors for dinner. In case of really bad weather, we’ll have the option to move everything inside, fingers crossed for good weather!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as we will have a photographer and videographer capturing the moments. To ensure beautiful photos, we appreciate your cooperation in not using phones during this time. However, feel free to take photos at any other time throughout the day!

Question

Can we take photos during the rest of the celebration?

Answer

Absolutely! We’d love for you to capture and share as many photos and videos as you’d like—just remember to soak in the moment, too! If you post on social media, don’t forget to tag us @claudiaplesa & @simon_rosen so we can relive the magic through your eyes. After the wedding, we’ll also share a link where you can upload your favourite memories from the big day. We can’t wait to see them!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar! Feel free to take full advantage - our goal is to make sure it runs out of everything before the night ends!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress formally: Suits, dresses, or something similar would be perfect for this special occasion! Feel free to add a splash of colour, as we’re celebrating in late spring and aiming for a vibrant, coulourful atmosphere!

Question

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for as we know that many of you have travelled far to be with us. We will not be able to transport gifts from Spain but if you still feel like to give, a contribution to our honeymoon would be appreciated. However, please know that this is not something we’re expecting from our guests.
