Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, slacks in lighter hues, and fun hats

Learn how to make your own pizza from scratch, top it with fresh ingredients from the garden and cook it yourselves in the stone oven built right into the castle tower! Roll out fresh dough, sip local wine, and watch the sunset from the terrace. Welcome to Italy!

Breakfast on the Terrace

9:00 am - 10:30 am

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Join us for a light breakfast on the terrace. Indulge in fresh bread with local jams and honey, cheese boards, yogurt, muesli and more. Includes coffee, juice and still water. Guess what? All the honey and olive oil we consume all weekend come from bees raised right on site at the castello and olives harvested from the olive groves.

Poolside Panini Lunch

12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Join us at the Castello pool and order delicious paninis from the Panini Truck! Enjoy complimentary Lambrusco and rosé as you relax. Feel free to take a refreshing dip in the pool, filled with fresh mountain spring water.

The Wedding Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Attire: Semi-Formal. Bright colors, pastels, and prints are all welcome. Guys can skip the jackets and ties, but we’d love for everyone to look polished and festive. It’ll be warm, so breathable fabrics are best. Ladies, we recommend wedges or block heels since the ceremony is on grass.

Join us on the Fattoria Lawn for the ceremony! Please, no phones or cameras during the ceremony. Please be seated by 4:45.

Post Ceremony Appertivo

5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us on the terrace post-ceremony for some live music, prosecco, Aperol spritz and canapes (think: fresh caprese, assorted cold cuts, cheeses, and more).

Tuscan Sunset Wedding Dinner

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us for a 4 Course Wedding Reception Dinner served family style (primi, secondi, contorni, dolci). Indulge in unlimited red and white wine. When you RSVP, we will account for all dietary restrictions.

The Rave Cave

Feel free to change into your dancing gear and sneakers!

Join us for drinks and dancing in the Rave Cave: the medieval cellar turned dance floor. Enjoy a four-hour open bar and live DJ while we all celebrate together into the night! Enjoy a midnight snack during the party for all guests.

Optional: Foraging and Farm Tour with Beer Tasting

Athletic Clothes: recommend comfortable shoes and a hat

Follow our guide around the castle grounds as they show you the amazing variety of plants and flowers and what they can be used for. Come ready to taste and experiment directly from the plants. Depending on the season look at our olive groves and hemp fields and visit our beehives. At the end you’ll enjoy tasting our refreshing CBD beer made from the hemp we grow and the fresh olive oil we harvest ourselves. Good walking shoes, a hat and sunscreen are recommended. Bug repellent might be a good idea too. Tour the 2,000 olive trees, 15,000 industrial hemp plants, 100 beehives, a large fruit and vegetable garden and a forest full of chestnut, walnut, acorn, cherry, fig, apple, pear and plum trees - plus numerous wild berries and herbs the castle uses to flavor food and make their own gin, tea or fruity beer. Optional: Wine Tasting Class

It's never too early to drink wine. A sommelier specializing in Italian wines, will bring an assortment of local wine and guide you through a full range of wines and experiences. The region of Chianti produces a wonderful, diverse selection of world-class and award-winning wines and the expert local winemakers in our neighboring villages are ready to share with you! The tasting includes bread and local cheese. RSVP if you are interested in this event.

Lunch: Pasta Making Class

12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Summer Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.

Join us for a hands-on lunch with the Castello’s Master Chef, learning to make fresh pasta while sipping wine on the terrace. From mixing and kneading the dough to rolling and cutting, you’ll discover the secrets of authentic pasta making. We’ll also prepare a fresh herb sauce from the garden and enjoy our creations together. There will be two classes with two groups during this time. We’ll let you know your assigned class in advance.

Gelato Cart & Chill

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Join us by the pool for UNLIMITED Italian gelato from 3-6 PM. Yes! You heard that correctly.

Final Night Pool Party & BBQ

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Swimsuits, cover-ups, maxi dresses, and flip flops — keep it comfy, casual, and ready to soak up the sun!

After a day full of fun activities, park your butt by the pool and unwind. Then, when the sun goes down, join us for a BBQ party with an open bar! Bring your swimsuit and get ready to celebrate. Our bartender will be serving beer, red, white, and rosé wine, prosecco, and a full cocktail menu to keep the good times flowing!

Guest Departure & Check Out

8:00 am - 11:30 am

All guests must check out by 11:30 AM. We will provide shuttles back to Florence Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Please check the transportation section for more. CIAO!
