A shuttle will be provided for wedding guests staying at the Hyatt Place Chapel Hill/Southern Village. It will leave the hotel promptly at 3:45 PM.

Our traditional western style wedding ceremony will be held outside by the lake behind the main barn.
5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
Join us for Ice Cream and Drinks on the patio of the barn!
6:45 pm - 7:00 pm
We will be holding an eastern style tea ceremony once guests are seated inside the barn.
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
A buffet dinner will be served.
8:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Dancing begins. Post dinner snacks will be served at 9:00PM The couple will exit at 11:15 PM Shuttle bus to Hotel will leave by 11:30 PM

The shuttle will leave from the Barn to return to the Hyatt Southern Village/Chapel Hill at 11:30 PM.

Post wedding hang out and snacks. All guests are welcome to stay past 11:30PM, but will be responsible for their own transportation out of the barn.
