When we both ordered the Eggs Benedict on our first date, we knew this would last! We met in Seattle in 2016 and have since then been exploring our way through brunch in every city we visit. While we met in Seattle, we have grown as a couple through a year long move Shruti had to Vancouver, BC. Needless to say, we ate our way through Vancouver in that one year - if you need recommendations for the best brunch in Vancouver, let us know! (we have a list). The one year in Vancouver meant lots of trips back and forth between Vancouver and Seattle for both of us, it also meant supporting each other while being 150 miles apart. In December 2018, Shruti moved back to Seattle, ending the bi-weekly trips back and forth. On March 28th of the following year, Ryan got down on one knee and popped the question with a gorgeous ring. And since you're reading this on our wedding website, you can imagine the answer to that question :) In the 3 years that we've known each other, we've moved cities, switched jobs, changed careers, explored national parks, become fond of each other's cultures, learnt to cook food that we both enjoy, and most importantly - learnt to love each other.
