We reserved a block here from Thursday October 26th, through Saturday October 28th. The bride and groom will be staying all weekend so feel free to chose which nights you would like to book through our block! The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the venue. Feel free to call 800-228-9290 to make your reservation under the "Hartman Shott Wedding" room block. You can call if showing “booked” as the hotel may have availability outside of our limited block options.

Please head to the Vine Street Shuttle Loading area around the back of the hotel on E Vine Street. There will be two buses arriving from Executive Coach at 3:30 pm and will head to the venue as they fill up with the 2nd one leaving at 4:00 pm.

This hotel is 0.3 miles from the Lancaster Marriot at Penn Square! All shuttle services will be at the Lancaster Marriott so another great option close by.

This hotel is 0.3 miles from the venue and about 15 minutes from downtown Lancaster. Although the shuttle will not pick up here it is another option for those that want to stay closer to the venue!
