The standard check in time is 4:00pm. This hotel is typically booked for many weddings so early check in is unfortunately unlikely, but guests can call the morning of for room availability. The hotel staff will take luggage behind the front desk (please leave extra time in case of a line for luggage drop to ensure you make the ceremony shuttle!)
The ceremony will be indoors, the cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors and the reception will be held indoors. Please dress accordingly!

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm and no earlier than 4:00pm.
Yes! We ask that you please wait until the ceremony is over. We would like the ceremony to have limited phone use to allow the guests to enjoy the moment with us and allow our photographer and videographer to capture everything.

Yes! There is plenty of parking; however please refer to travel for shuttle information. We hope to take as many guests as possible via shuttle to and from the ceremony/reception. Overnight parking is available as long as all vehicles are picked up by 10:00am on Saturday.
Semi-formal
The bride and groom will have a playlist for the event but the DJ will take additional song requests. There will be a QR code on each table to request via your cell phone.
