Our Story
In 2010, we found ourselves a lifelong friendship. When we met, our joke was that Mary lived “in Narnia” as she was in Rock Hill, SC. We had entire circle of friends online on a website called tumblr. When we met, we noticed just how much we had in common and our tumblr friends used to joke that we should get married. That’s right—15 years ago people knew we belonged together. Life had its ups and downs ever since and there were friendships and romantic relationships, but God had a way. The Universe knew better than us. We happened to meet, have the same age, many of the same interests, and our height is such that we can hold hands perfectly.
We spent hours talking every day. We would do long distance Parks and Recreation dates by pressing “play” at the same time and texted reactions to each other.
Sometimes, we just look at each other and wonder…
