Pre-Ceremony Shuttle Pick Up
2:30 pm
Please note that two shuttles are handling ceremony pick up at hotels and drop off at Sundance to ensure guests arrive for the 4 pm Ceremony start. Pick ups are as follows: . From Boulevard inn at 2:55 for 3 pm sharp departure; Inn at Harbor Shores at 3 for 3:05 departure . From Hilton at 240 for 245 departure, Courtyard By Marriot at 2:50 for 2:55 departure, Best Western at 2:55 for 3 pm departure, Holiday Inn at 3 for 305 departure, and Comfort Inn at 305 for 310 departure. Note Each shuttle holds 56, which should be accommodate hotel block guests as appropriate.

Ceremony start: 4 pm Cocktail hour: ~4:30-5:45 pm Dinner: ~5:45 pm Dancing & Celebration to follow!
End of Reception & After Party Shuttles
9:00 pm
The Shuttle returning guests to the hotel blocks will run on the following schedule: 9 and 1030 pm: shuttle departs Sundance to take guests back to hotels (will make a circular route) 11:00 pm: Sundance closes; guests to move to Chiefs bar (across the street, to the right). 12:00 and 1:30 am: last shuttle departures from Chief’s bar, will take guests back to hotels (will make a circular route).
After Party

Please join us immediately after the ceremony at the bar across the street from the venue. Shuttles will continue to run until the end of the after party.
