We are delighted to be using Glambert Events and Travel to coordinate our room block! Please use the link below to book your room.
Room deposits are due by August 15, 2026.
Their website includes contact information for the Glambert group should you have any questions or concerns.
Travel will be booked independently.
Transportation to/from the airport will be provided by the Hotel if you stay 4+ nights. The Glambert group will assist with coordinating this.
Please note the prices listed are per night which include all food and beverages. The price is the same for 1 adult or 2 adults in the same room. Children under the age of 18 are free. However, they must be claimed in the booking. I.e., a family of 2 adults and 2 children can book the "double" rate.
The only activities that are not included are the golf course, spa, and casino. Those are pay to play.
